Needed: Visibility Into Process Bottlenecks

If the number of days taken for a particular initiative to clear a stage exceeds the allocated duration, that stage is shown as red in color.

By this flag, any executive or initiative originator can see where the bottleneck is and take appropriate action to clear it.
