Before Whizible™ -- After 4 years of effort, Joe has created a system that will capture data about projects and resources. Despite change management, Joe convinced his whole team to use it. Though everyone on his team uses the system judiciously, he needs to keep a person employed full time to generate reports and to slice & dice the data. Also, the system creates redundancy as the data needed is different from project to project.

After Whizible™ -- Whizible comes with two important modules: Query Builder and Report Writer. Query Builder helps in creating logical queries without having to code. Using simple drag-and-drop techniques, users can create custom queries and store and edit them in the future.

Also, Whizible’s dashboard gives various types of graphs based on these queries and reports in 7 formats. Another major advantage of Whizible’s dashboard is that it can connect to any database and fetch information. Hence even though Joe’s system does not have query building capability, Whizible can pull that information in real-time and report on aggregated information.

With an ability to baseline project plans, project sponsors can ensure that status reporting is strictly against those baselines and that any changes to plan are approved prior to execution.
