Visible Project Status
Before Whizible™ -- As with most CTOs, Susan delegates project management to the professional PMs that report to her. So she relies on the status reports produced by her PMs for the development teams. Her tracking system for corporate-wide projects is perceived by the other executives as being either inaccessible or overwhelming in the amount of technical details. They're not that good at reading Gantt charts. So each week, Susan has to produce a PowerPoint deck that summarizes the progress of the most visible and high-priority technology projects in the company. This takes her a lot of time to produce each week.
After Whizible™ -- Using Whizible Initiatives, the Schedule Dashboard shows a calendar with the expected start and end dates of each initiative. This provides a good executive overview in time.
The home-page dashboard shows the approval workflow status of each initiative.
