Needed: More-Distinguishable Priorities
Before Whizible™ -- James is a newly appointed CEO for Acme Corp. He is tasked with becoming more proactive rather than responding to every ripple in the marketplace. Within this culture, however, it seems that every problem that surfaces is top priority. Each department tends to focus on the emergencies left over from the last period which haven't been resolved. There is no system in place to help the vice presidents assign departmental priorities from a corporate standards approach. If there were, they could guide business decisions in a similar manner and help staff focus on the right things at the right time.
After Whizible™ -- With Whizible Initiatives, executives can use the Initiative Prioritization function to rank order initiatives relative to each other. Each initiative can also be assigned to a priority category -- e.g., High, Medium, Low or 1, 2, 3. Priority category values are completely configurable to meet the specific needs and culture of the organization.
