Needed: More-Visible Schedules

Before Whizible™ -- As with most CEOs, Susan is guiding her privately held company into the future as expeditiously and efficiently as possible. So Susan relies on status reports from her lieutenants. However, none of the executives have a tracking system for corporate-wide priorities that matches or coordinates with the systems used elsewhere in the organization. Therefore, there are always delays and unknowns getting visibility into the approval process, the implementation schedule, and any blockers for mission-critical projects.

After Whizible™ -- Using Whizible Initiatives, the home page presents a color-coded dashboard showing the whole approval process for every corporate initiative. If the current stage in the approval process is behind schedule, it is color-coded red. Also, the Schedule Dashboard shows a calendar with the expected start and end dates of each initiative.
