Before Whizible™ -- Bob's organization conducts weekly status meetings to get a snapshot view of what’s going on. This happens every Wednesday. Often on Tuesday, Bob's PMO lead talks to all PMs to get a status update. Many of them are not available. Also PMs send report through their own convenient formats. It’s really tough for the PMO lead to aggregate this information and present it in a meaningful format for the next day's discussion. Also, if Bob wants to see the status on Tuesday, it’s not always available.

After Whizible™ -- Everybody gets visibility into what’s going on using Whizible for Initiatives. PMs can login and send a quick update of where the project or initiative stands. As all data are housed in a single environment, Bob can get a quick, automated, aggregated view of which projects need special attention and which are on track. Also, alert-enabled dashboards help with e-mail notifications even if Bob is not logged into Whizible.
