The project manager needs to authenticate and post the timesheets or milestones for billing. An authorized person can view the timesheet or milestones for the concerned project. 

After authentication, an invoice is generated for the project, which can be electronically posted to the Customer. In Whizible, the system tags the timesheets, against which invoices have been generated.
