We, Lifeline Systech Solutions Pvt Ltd ( “Company”, or “we”, “us” or “our” as the context may require) are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors such as you, to our website www.whizible.com and any subdomain, (collectively referred to as the “Website”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the manner in which we collect, use, share and secure the personal information that it collects or receives via the Website and when our clients enter personal information in our software product/ application “Whizible”offered as on premise or as SaaS.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011, and other relevant laws of India.
Any dispute arising, between you and Company, shall be governed by the laws of India and courts of law at Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
