Beginning on May 31st, 2022, Whizible conducted a three-day training session featuring its integrated software product for its existing customers, tool admins, project managers, and various enablers and contributors.
It was conducted by Anwar Shaikh (Partner – Customer Success @Whizible) and Jagdish Gawraskar (Implementation Consultant @Whizible ) who explained the features of the product in a very simplified and detailed manner to all the attendees.
Twenty-five members from Whizible customer organizations located in the Philippines, Malaysia, and India participated in the session.

The session was conducted in a very structured manner.
On day 1, the hosts introduced the new user interface, corporate structure and its configuration, and employee login access.
Day 2 was followed by project management, project creation, initiation and charter, and project planning, along with a brief on task Gantt chart and timesheet.
On the 3rd and last day, the hosts discussed how to manage the documents and workflow in the software, how to issue the entire management cycle with configuration, and a detailed brief on how the help desk works.

The session was also addressed by the founder of Whizible, Vishwas Mahajan, who further elaborated on the product vision and thanked all the attendees who took their time out to attend the session. He also announced that Whizible has now become a Platform Partner for SCALED AGILE .
The sessions were supplemented with a Q&A round where the attendees showered their questions and were given due answers.

As this program coincided with World Environment Day, Whizible also took the initiative to plant a tree and dedicated the same to each participant, in addition to the certificate of participation. Our partner organization will take care of this tree throughout its life.
In this way, Whizible attempted to contribute to both knowledge and the environment.
